We also use equipment such as furniture pads, padded dollies, floor runners, and doorjamb protection to help safeguard your home and possessions.

Absolutely. We offer personal self-storage in Grand Forks with multiple unit sizes from 5x10 through 12x45, along with short- and long-term options and 24/7 access. This can be especially useful when move-out and move-in dates do not line up.

How far can All About Moving & Storage move me?
We're equipped for more than just moves across Grand Forks. We are licensed to provide moving service throughout the 48 contiguous United States, so we can help with both local and long-distance relocations.
How will I know what is included in my move before moving day?
We encourage customers to give us a complete inventory and tell us about stairs, oversized items, fragile belongings, access limitations, and any unusual circumstances when requesting an estimate. That helps us clearly explain the planned scope of work, equipment needs, and any special preparation before your crew arrives.
How can I get the most accurate moving estimate possible?
The more detail we have, the better we can plan your move. Our home and office quote forms allow you to identify furniture, boxes, stairs, specialty items, pickup and delivery information, and other move details. If anything changes after your estimate, contact us so we can update the plan before moving day.
What happens if my moving schedule or circumstances change?
Moving plans can change, and we want to know as early as possible. Contact our office if your dates, addresses, inventory, access conditions, or other details change so we can determine whether adjustments to the crew, equipment, schedule, or estimate are needed.
What should I tell you about before the crew arrives?
Please let us know about heavy or unusual items, fragile belongings, narrow stairways, elevators, long carries, parking restrictions, multiple pickup locations, or anything else that could affect the move. Identifying these details ahead of time helps us arrive prepared and reduces surprises.
What should I do if something goes wrong during my move?
Tell your crew or contact our office as soon as possible. We want the opportunity to understand what happened, document the situation, explain the appropriate next steps, and work with you toward a resolution.
How do you protect furniture and the home during a move?
Our moving equipment includes premium furniture pads, padded dollies, floor runners, and doorjamb protectors. We also discuss fragile or special items during move planning so the crew can determine how those belongings should be handled.
